As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@wowelo.com. If the case is deemed valid, Wowelo will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
